Plantilya:table mul test/doc

This is used in the title of table templates like Plantilya:table:chess pieces.

• If language code is other than mul, (say, pt) returns "in Portuguese".
• If language code is mul, returns "(translingual)".

If this check did not exist, it would return "in Translingual", which does not make as much sense.
